We offer private counsel on Japanese high-end residential real estate to high-net-worth clients. A dedicated partner walks alongside you across the full journey — from sourcing, through financing, tax, and legal structuring, to lifestyle design post-acquisition.

Our division handles homes that never appear in broker catalogs — addresses shown only under letter of introduction. Roppongi, Azabu, Aoyama, Shoto, Minami-Azabu — around twenty curated residences per year, matched to clients one by one.
